Help me decide which FITBIT

So, it is for DH.
Focused on FitBit, not striiv or any other brands.

If I understand well, FitBit one is not for the wrist, right? which can probably make it more comfortable for him as he usually wears a watch.
And, do all of the fitbits buzz when you get emails, etc? Or just some of them? Which ones?
Can you turn that function off?

I have a Charge HR. It doesn't buzz if I get emails & I have all other alarms turned off, except the one that lets me know I've hit my step goal for the day.

I like it because I can track my heart rate throughout the day, whether or not I'm walking--so when I'm doing a yoga class, for example, I can see how hard I was working. I have it synced with MyFitnessPal, and log onto the dashboard on my phone frequently to track water, exercise, sleep, etc.
