s/o Basement-- How much to add a bathroom

We have a nicely finished basement, but would like to add a bathroom. There is no plumbing roughed in in this area. There is a laundry hook-up and faucet in the older part of the basement.

Any ideas how much this would cost?

Typically You have to jackhammer the concrete floor to lay a sewage pipe from the bathroom to the main sewer pipe (and it needs to flow so it has to angle down some). It's not cheap and the further your desired bathroom is from the main sewer exhaust pipe the more it is.
