I can't be the only one.
I'm probably overweight, but the online BMI chart doesn't take into account athlete muscle mass (I run/bike/skate/can open a tin can with my teeth, etc.). I don't own a scale so I don't actually know what I really weigh. I'm cool with this. It kind of bums me out to read about so many women unhappy with their bodies. I like to dress up pretty and comfortably, occasionally wear makeup. My man thinks I'm pretty cute, so no worries there. Please represent if you're out there! |
| I am with you. I don't want to lose weight, but it would be nice to add some muscle mass. |

You're not the only one. I'm somewhat overweight but that doesn't bother me. It offends Madison Ave. and it bothers my eating-disorder-of-a-husband ... but not me.
I do with I had a stronger core, however, because I think that would enhance my day-to-day life. So I'm working on that. |
| I am on the bigger side and liking myself just fine!!! |

I have learned to embrace my butt and thigh mass, especially when I am keeping them nice and firm -- muscle thighs mean I am a strong woman, right? : )
But I would love to trim my midsection. I am not interested in a specific weight, just a healthier body. |
