My son, then 5, went for a week last summer. He had never done any Spanish before. He had a very good time, seemed very happy every day. They basically did very laid back activities -- crafts, free play, water play, etc and just happened to speak Spanish. The teacher told me he was reticent and unhappy that he couldn't understand her at the start of the week, but had gotten into the swing by the end. I'm sorry I only did it for one week. Although they called the camp total Spanish immersion, the teacher spoke enough English to my son to make him comfortable (and to me, since I know zero Spanish!). She was a teacher, I think in the Mont Co schools, and was caring and nice.
