| Prefer midtown. Nice but not wildly expensive. Need to book 3-4 rooms in mid March. Many thanks! |

Maybe if you provided a bit more. Like what a wildly expensive hotel room is. The Marriott is midtown (Times Square) but the cheapest room is probably 350.
The Pierre and St. Regis are farther north on the east and probably start in the 500 range. Essex House is CPS (next door to the Ritz) and starts in the 500+ range. None are considered "wildly" expensive in NYC. Sucks. I know. |
| I love the Warwick Hotel on W. 54th street. Rooms run in the $400 - 500 range and are very spacious and nicely appointed. Very convenient location too. |

Too far north. |

The Waldorf is too far north? Hmmm. You want below Grand Central? Murray Hill? |
| Doubletree in Times Square has big rooms. |

Well, I hesitate to share until you give more info. I know of a hotel that is often reasonable in Hell's Kitchen. Would that location work for you,
. I thought the Warwick very overpriced and crappy rooms. Good location I guess. The Sofitel often has good prices. |
| I really liked Hotel Giraffe the last time I stayed in Manhattan. Excellent lobby with great amenities. |
|
Algonquin. Might as well have some history with your business. Tiny rooms, though.
|
| Kiloton hotels are good. Usually reasonably priced. And fun. |
