Why do the suicide topics on MD Schools keep disappearing?

One wasn't about suicide at all. It was about the OP's gripe with the school administration and another poster's dislike of treating special needs with medicine. The other was a year old and it was in really bad taste to bring it up as people would not realize it was old.

Thank you Jeff for policing this. Most of the topics raised are good for discussion. Almost all are terrible when intermixed.

Someone is repeatedly insisting that news reports of local teen suicides stopped years ago. When proven otherwise, the threads will now get locked. It would appear the truth is unwelcome. No "conspiracy"?

You are going to have to find a means of resolving that conflict that doesn't involve resurrecting old threads. Personally, I don't even understand why that debate is worth winning. If that poster wants to believe that the media doesn't cover teen suicides, who cares?
