Using Chrome I get the following if U try to post to DCUM.

No data received

ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE
Hide details
Unable to load the webpage because the server sent no data.
Reload this webpage
Press the reload button to resubmit the data needed to load the page.

I am not sure what would cause that issue, but it looks like you are posting from behind some sort of proxy server or firewall. That might be causing the problem.
