Anyone watching this new show? They watched an episode on People's Couch a couple of weeks ago and it looked interesting so I started watching it. I've seen the first 3 episodes so far and it's pretty entertaining. I worry a bit that the shtick might get old but for now, it seems pretty good. I like the lead characters.

The dialogue is funny and Lucifer is HOT (dont tell my DH).
It kind of reminds me of Castle a lot (very similar premise, police procedural drama), so not sure if a lot of people will be tuning in.

I really wanted to like it (agree that the lead is hot) but it really hasn't held my interest so far. I'll give it one more shot but probably not more than that.

There are so many good shows on premium/subscription venues these days that a lot of network shows just seem to pale in comparison.

I'm loving it! Great premise, good dialogue, good chemistry. It will be like Castle, good for a few seasons, then start to fall off. But that's the life cycle for all shows built on chemistry.

I got sucked in too. I really like the lead actor in just about everything he's been in.

OP here - yes, the lead actor makes the show. I just thought the other day I need to look him up and see what else he's been in and check it out.

I also love that both me and my DH like the show. LOL! That's a rare occurrence. We've got Black Sails and Modern Family under our belts. Now we have a third that we both can watch together.
