ticketcity vs stubhub

Any opinions on either of these sites? Is one more safe/legit than the other? thanks.

How are either of these legal?

I thought there were laws against scalping? Is this some kind of loop hole?

I've used StubHub for many years. Didn't know the other one existed. Never had a problem with any of the tickets - all were legit, and arrived on time.

Thanks for the info! I ended up with TicketCity. Nervous because the tickets aren't physically available yet and no one was listing exact seats (on either site).

To PP - I don't know how any of these resellers are legal, either, or how they get the tickets in the first place. But it is true that TicketCity has A+ on BBB, so it must be legal somehow.

I don't know, but I had to pay an arm and a leg for Stevie Wonder tickets. Seems unfair.

Stub Hub fees = printing money

Tickets guaranteed though.
