Mini-split tax rebate or Pepco credit in DC?

We live in DC and are thinking of installing a mini split unit in our mudroom. The mudroom is a converted porch separated from the house by a door and is not connected to our central AC. Since there is no crawl space underneath we are not able to extend our existing ductwork. There is currently a baseboard heater but it's not efficient nor safe with our small children. Does anyone know of any tax rebates or Pepco credits that could offset the costs?
