Why are people assuming I am a troll? I don't get it.

I doubt there is any poster here that at least one other poster doesn't think is a troll. I've even been accused of trolling. So, it's hard to say exactly what triggered the accusation in your case. But, if I had to guess, I would say that it was your suggestion that the teacher was trying to "emasculate" him. That is so far from the reaction that I think most people would have, and inflammatory to boot, that a lot of troll detectors probably went off.
