| I am 4 weeks 4 days today. Had my first beta at SG today nurse just called and said it was 1034! Does that seem high? My last pregnancy which ended at 8 weeks my first beta was 504. Nurse said it was a great first number but not much else. |
| that's 18DPO so no. check out betabase for more info. |
| Yes, it's a very strong number! Mine was close to 1000 on 18 dpo and I had a healthy singleton. Congratulations! |
|
mine was super high too, but i forget the number. 33 weeks today with a singleton.
congrats!!!! |

Yes, it's a strong number but what matters is the multiplying.
My first time around I had a lower beta at the same number of days that ended up being a successful pregnancy. This time around, I had a beta around the same level as you have now, which ended at 5w3d in miscarriage. You really don't know. Fingers crossed for you, OP! |
| OP again - thanks everyone! I had 2 unsanctioned betas prior. One at 5dp5dt that was 34 and another at 7dp5dt that was 114 so it seems like so far the numbers are increasing well. I just wasn't expecting it to be quite so high today! |
| Yes! Great news! |
| I'm not sure what unsanctioned betas are, but if your beta was 114 on 7dp5dt (12dpo), it's ideally 228 on 14dpo, 456 on 16dpo, and 912 on 18dpo (13dp5dt). So it seems your number is right on track. Congrats! |
| Unsanctioned meaning I got my ob/gyn to order |
| That was my beta at about 18 dpo with my one healthy pregnancy. Congrats OP! |
Sooo 1034 was not your first beta? |
| OP again - my beta today (48 hours later) was 2465! |
| Yay OP! |
