day 10 FSH and estradiol testing

| I just had testing after a round of clomid. When I read about it online it looks like there is supposed to be day 3 testing too. I'm with a new doctor, so I can ask her when I go in for monitoring this week, but is day 10 by itself as informative as in conjunction with day 3 testing? |

| Did you take cloned days 5-9? If so could be a test of your response. Estrogen would be to check if the follicle was mature. Not sure about fsh. |

| Day 10 testing is part of the "clomid challenge", but I thought you needed to do day 3 as well. I'm a few years out from my clomid days so I forget the specifics. |
