I've noticed this too. Breasts are out, huge bubble butts that you shake and "twerk" are in. I think it's a hip hop culture thing that has just spilled into everyday life.

Every woman no matter how fat or bony their butt is gets cellulite. I have seen 200 pound girls with no cellulite and 100 pound ones with cellulite.

Its not an AA thing at all. A nice round butt is popular in south america even argentina and mexico where the black pop is low and always has been.
