| Men always send flowers and chocolate, but do you ever do anything special like that for your man? (Sent to his work) |
|
Umm no. That wouldn't go over so well in his office.
I do slip his favorite chocolates into his bag or pocket and put a cute note in his lunch. Besides, isn't Valentines day on a Sunday this year? getting something in the office on a Friday is overkill. |
| Like ordering lunch or something? |
| Yes, I've sent flowers in previous years. |
|
Yes! I have sent cookies and cakes and other things he can share with his colleagues as well as a plant. He loves it and I
don't just do it on Valentine's Day. |
|
We meet for lunch outside the office and don't discuss work.
|
| He doesn't care about that. He would much prefer a morning shower bj. If he liked getting flowers or chocolates I'd absolutely do it. |
God, yes. I can buy my own chocolate. |
Neither of us does gifts for Valentine's Day. (Or our anniversary, for that matter.) We give each other cards and cook each other delicious food. If I sent DH a gift, he'd think something was up.
|
| I'm going to make crab cakes for dinner.. |
| We used to do romantic dinners before we had kids but after 15 years of marriage, we pretty much don't do gifts at all for any occasion. Rather, we show our love and appreciate throughout the year. I don't need a V-D gift or dinner from him to know what I mean to him. Altho, on Mother's Day and my birthday, I get peace and quiet. He takes care of the kids and I am absolved of all responsibility for the day. He gets the same thing for Father's Day and his birthday. So, I guess we do gift each other, just nothing of monetary value. |
| nope! |
| I sent him an Edible Arrangement. |
How did you like it? |
|
I gave my DH an edible arrangement too.
Hint: it was me. And he liked the taste. |
