Grief options for lost parent?

I haven't been to a grief supprt group. My dr did recommend this grief counselor in Reston, Gretchen Dorr Horst and the book called Final Gifts. I'm sorry for your loss

Contact Capital Caring, they will give you info on groups - 888.859.7561 - they are in Nova, and have services in DC, MD, and VA. Great organization. My condolences and I am also going through the same.
