ISO Legoland, FL tips (and a BOGO coupon from the magazine!)

Anonymous
I will be very grateful if someone could send me a coupon code from the Lego Club magazine!
: )

We're headed there in March, before the waterpark opens, I think, with a 6 and 3 year old lego-enthusiasts. We can't wait! Tips very appreciated!

We were just there during the snow storm with our four kids (ages 7, 5, 3, 1). It was so fun for this age set, so your 3 and 6 year old will enjoy it. Are you a AAA member or do you have a friend/family who is a member? Park tickets are available through AAA and are a pretty good discount. We were a me to get deeper discounts getting tickets through AAA than collecting the buy one/get one coupons. Are you staying at the Legoland Hotel?

Not staying at legoland (I'm trying to stay at $200/night). I don't think... Somewhere in Orlando. Haven't decided yet, but would be very eager for recommendations!

PP here. We stayed at the Legoland Hotel, which was fabulous, for approx $164 per night. We booked using a code on their website ("book early and save 20%" I think). I don't know how soon you are planning to go, but we definitely booked several months out. We have friends who have stayed in the Hampton Inn approximately 8-10 minutes from the Legoland park and they were pleased.

Bring another adult in case your younger kid does not want to go on the "scary" rides
