| Has anyone has success with Botox injections (in the forehead area) for depression? My forehead is pretty much in a permanent contracted position these days, and my depression is pretty awful, and I've been reading interesting studies about the positive impact of Botoxing frown muscles on depression symptoms. Seems like a potential treatment with a very low side effect profile. |

I've never heard this, but i swear it makes it harder to frown and your face feels relaxed. it's easy to smile with it. ( i'm talking about in the forehead) There have been occasions where I will get annoyed at something and then i can't tense my forehead which forces me to relax and then i think about it and I feel better. I do realize this sounds extremely hokey and I would have never believed if someone told me.
At the very least you have less wrinkles! Give it a try! |
| And finally a way to write odd the procedure! Heheh |

It's proven effective for depression:

This is me exactly!! I swear I have felt less anxious since having Botox. It is like the inability to frown helps me. |
