I know there was an earlier post on concealer, but there were not many responses. Does anyone have an under eye concealer they LOVE? I'm a new mom, and an insomniac to boot so I have very dark circles that need some help.
Thank you. |
| The only one I have found that makes a dent in mine is the Bobbi Brown concealer. I moisturize first, then apply concealer with a brush, dot in with fingers and then powder to set. I have really bad dark circles whether I sleep or not. Good luck. |
| I am the undereye concealer queen. I have a few that I like. Lemon Aid, Touche Eclat, and the Cover Girl creamy concealer (the stick, not the wand). I am recommending a few because it all depends on the color and texture of your circles. If they are red/purple, try the Lemon Aid. More blackish, try the Touche Eclat. If they are puffy and baggy too, try the Cover Girl. |
| To the PPs: Do you put the Touche Eclat by itself under the eyes, or do you also have to put foundation all over your face? I'm asking because I have never been able to just put under eye concealer without the whole shebang -- the foundaton all over my face. |
| I just started using the Cover Girl stick and I love it! I think it's one of those drugstore "classics" like Maybelline Great Lash. I use it on top of my foundation and set it with powder. It's also fantastic at covering blemishes b/c it doesn't look cakey. |
| I like Lemon-Aid as well. My all time fave, and I have used alot of undereye concealer, is "well rested" by Bare Minerals. |
| Nars concealer stick (looks like a lipstick). |
Third! Also a similar product by Laura Mercier than is more sheer. I use both actually. I have never tried Lemon-aid. Worth the price, and I don't have much to spend on makeup. |
