Will the kids be able to happily swim in Bermuda in mid-February? If you have been there around that time, please chime in here. The temperatures look ok on the internet but what does it 'feel' like?
Does anyone know whether Zika has hit Bermuda, or is likely to? Last but not least, is the Reef the right place to stay with kids? |

We went in March one year. Air temp was too chilly to lay out, but pools & lazy river are heated, so fine once you're in the water.
Don't know about Zika. We have always stayed at the Cove, which shares facilities with the Reef. Cove/Reef are more upscale and quieter with a private pool, which we used a lot to escape from the day crowds. |
| Atlantis is in the Bahamas not Bermuda FYI. |

Bermuda is off the coast of NC and freezing in Feb.
Bahamas are further south off the coast of FL and will be cold in Feb. Totally hit or miss. In the 70s if you're lucky. |
| Thanks. Yes Bahamas of course. I was just typing fast. |

Bermuda is like North Carolina. You can't swim in February.
Atlantis is in the Bahamas. Not guaranteed swimming weather either. Yes, Reef is the place to stay with kids. |
