Activation on Zoloft

We had our ASD DC on Zoloft and after an initial period of activation and lowering the dose, he was doing great. Then the activation symptoms came back and we decided to take him off of it. In hindsight, we think he was anxious about Xmas break. He's been getting steadily worse so now we're putting him back on but the jitteriness is extreme (hopping and running around the house). Ug. Anyone have this experience with the drug? If so, how long did the effect last? He's on a super low dose - 10mg.

How old is he? I don't think a dose that low would really make much of a difference either way.
FWIW, my 10 yo DS is on 100 mg/day and we are just starting to see alleviation of OCD-like anxiety behaviors.
