Prometrium cramps?

I've been working with Shady Grove for ovulation induction/time intercourse. I completed a course of menopur, followed by a trigger shot almost two weeks ago and have been taking prometrium (and an estrogen supplement) since then. I'm pretty sure I ovulated 10 days ago, and have had on and off cramps since then. I've had at least three or four cramping episodes that were take-your-breath-away intense, but they only lasted about 5 minutes each. Anyone else have experience with this kind of cramping on prometrium?

I have horrible cramps with any sort of progesterone support---PIO, endometrin, etc.
I think it's very normal for some women. Others have none at all!

The only down side is it makes it very difficult to tell if I'm pregnant or not based on symptoms during the 2WW. I think the cramps of progesterone and pregnancy feel the same. I've been pregnant when I swore I wasn't and not pregnant when I was convinced I was.

Yes, cramping is totally normal and for me made be think I could be pregnant when I wasn't - bummer.
