Romantic Getaway out West

Briefly: our family moved out West in October. DH and I are looking for a very brief but really nice getaway (2-3 days) for r cubed (rest, relaxation, and romance). Any suggestions? We are in Boulder, CO -- easy drive to ski resorts etc. -- but we're open to all ideas (probably driving distance or a VERY brief flight-- we're short on time but eager for this to happen by April's start.
