- Residents in 30s, 40s, 50s who get together when it snows, have game nights, watch games, etc.
- Few (or no) teardowns - Kids (who play/go outside) - Houses in decent condition under $1 million - Community pool/center (Or at least one nearby) - Active community in general If yours or another fits the bill, please share. Trying to narrow down locations for a move. Thank you! |

| Kenwood Park or Bradley Hills in Bethesda. There are no neighborhood pools but a number of Swim Clubs near by you can join. |
