Does this color bed go with this color nightstand?

Currently have an espresso colored bedroom set (bed, nightstands, dresser). I really want this bed in the charcoal: http://www.crateandbarrel.com/tate-upholstered-king-bed/s320485
and I'd like to use my existing nightstands/dresser, which are sort of this color: http://www.crateandbarrel.com/colette-nightstand/s470533

Do those go together? I feel like they don't.

I think you'd have to tie them together with the way you accessorize the rest of the room (browns and greys in something else big -- spread, rug, drapes. Not all of them, but something).

One is upholstered and the other is wood. Use accessories - throw pillow with trim tied into object with the same colors.

Love the bed, not sold on the nightstands. For one I think they may be too tall for the bed. Their style is also more traditional. I would look for nightstands in a mid tone wood, with slicker design and maybe even some chrome details. If it's in the budget of course?

We have a very similar bed and dark wood nightstands. I think it looks great.
