Just wanted to say thanks to those DCUMs who recommended we look into staying at the Wyndham Bonnet Creek on a recent trip to Disney World. Originally, we were staying in the park for something like $400/night for a standard room. So, I booked a two bedroom suite at Bonnet Creek for $269/ night through hotels.com. Upon advice from posters here, I reached out to Vacation Strategies and other owners through VRBO, and I was able to get a three bedroom presidential suite for like $149/night! View of the fireworks. Huge accommodation with multiple bathrooms, Jacuzzi tub, full kitchen with stainless appliances, etc. I had no idea that you could negotiate much lower rates!
Now we will not be staying anywhere else. The hotel was terrific. Close to everything, actually within the Disneyworld compound, and had amazing pools and facilities for everyone! Thank you for the money saving success! |
