I know there are about 1000 snow threads. But can you elaborate on what your logic is on locking certain ones?

Basically, unless the topic is sufficiently different than the existing ones, I am locking or deleting it. If one more person posts in Off-Topic about OPM, I may take a sludge hammer to the server. Right now, those are my only two guidelines. Everything else I'm making up as I go along.
