Physician's Weight Loss Center vs. Weight Watchers

Hi, I have been following WW for 3 months and I am losing, but it is so slow! I've lost 10 lbs and have 10 to go. A Physician's Weight Loss Center just opened nearby and I am wondering if anyone has been to one, and how helpful it was. I'm wondering if they address hormonal or biochemical issues that might be involved, if they use medications or if they use appetite suppressants. TIA!
