The Fairfax county rec centers usually have camps for teacher work days.

They have camp at Frying Pan Park on 1/19. I could not find any camps on 1/18 because it is a government holiday. You could try a karate place. Also, the JW Tumbles in Herndon is doing camp from 9 year olds and younger on 1/18.
