Norwood or Primary Day?

Any thoughts on Norwood versus Primary Day for kindergarten and onward? How do the academics, teachers and parents compare?

Primary day is up till 2nd grade only whereas Norwood goes to 8th.

Not exactly comparable.

Having experience at both schools - you cannot compete with the phonovisual program at primary day that begins in prek. That said, norwood's program really shines in the middle years so a wonderful school as well.

Both are great schools. Take a look at both. There are many families that go to Primary Day then got to Norwood for 3-8. There are also many who opt for Norwood K-8 over Primary Day. Tour both and see what seems like the best fit for your child.

The main problem with Norwood is that you have to wade through a mediocre lower school to get to the superior middle school.

And K-4 is five long years of wading.
