Do there exist any support undergarments (like Spanx or Assets, for example) that are designed to be worn in warm/hot weather? Thanks.

Hanes makes those "shapers" which are basically legless pantyhose.

I need these too! for sundresses/leg rub. I think I am going to suck it up and buy the Spanx in the shorter version
