Twitter is the police report??? |
Still zero arrests by the Democrat DC Police Department. |
Unbelievable. Can you imagine if a bunch of alt-right thugs showed up on Acosta's front lawn, threatening his wife and vandalizing his property? Liberals would be screaming for arrests. |
Yeah. This thread is bizarre |
Not only that, but it would be wall-to-wall on every leftist news network and cable outlet. They'd be doing round the clock coverage, talking about the intimidation of journalists, curbing free speech, the threat to the First Amendment, all that nonsense. But it happened to their sworn enemy, so they ignore it as if it never occurred at all. I actually LIKE this though, because it helps illustrate to everyone, leftist and ordinary people alike, that there IS no journalism anymore, just agenda. Because people now implicitly understand that the press lies to them, and they aren't fooled anymore. And oh, by the way, I say that as someone with over twenty four years in television news production . I truly loathe my industry, I despise it to it's core, and many of my colleagues as well. I still do the job because I have an excellent union funded pension awaiting me, and I use the job as opportunity to collect and amass all sort of personal information about various public figures, which might prove useful one day if things ever really go sideways in this country. |
Thank for this and for your work. I hope to God no one from here tries to target you. |
Agree: there is no journalism anymore, just agenda.
I think I heard this ina. Recent panel as well. |
Your bolded statement is key. The mask is off. We are seeing blatant vote officials cheating in Florida, Georgia, Arizona and the mainstream press is backing them up. I'm hoping there are many others like you collecting that type of information. |
Can I just say this thread is crazy. How on earth can any decent person defend what happened to Tucker Carlson. fwiw I think he is a venal, deceitful, hypocrite but we are a country of laws and the first amendment does not allow for mob rule. Accosting people in restaurants or worse going to their homes is beyond the pale. There is no excuse for this at all. This reminds me of the tactics some anti-choice activists use when they try to run doctors who provide abortions out of business. |
Because they want this, that's why. Because they see Carlson as some evil person who needs to be destroyed. |
Here is what actually happened https://thinkprogress.org/i-was-at-the-protest-outside-tucker-carlsons-house-heres-what-actually-happened-665c2dc0cb67/ It's not as bad as the people here are making it out to be. The worst thing they did was spray painting his property, and that was by a rogue member of the group. |
Ha. Think Progress. Totally unbiased. ![]() I happen to think the worst thing they did was chant, “We know where you sleep at night,” and publish his address (and his friend’s address) on social media. |
Yup. That chant was assault. |
Where is the police report? Were you there or just heard Carlson talk about it. What I find fascinating is where he lives. He has no desire to live among the people who listen to him. He lives amongst the liberal elites that he really wants to be around. You are being played. |
Still. Not. One. Arrest. "Law and Order" no longer exists in DC. DC was my hometown growing up. I haven't been there for a long time. Apparently *I* could be attacked, and cops may "stand down" if they thought I wasn't one of them politically. What world do we live in? |
