I am hearing more democrats now mention supporting small govt and gun ownership. Are Republicans replaying 4D chess?

Trump isn’t a real conservative. I think we might be seeing some severe party shifts similar to the southern strategy. We indeed are living in upside down land.

A few conservatives are certainly starting to question things.

The gun rights people might start to catch on. The Admin shouldn’t have lied about this one.

It would appear some Second Amendment organizations have thoughts.

This is them a week ago.

They’re outnumbered. There are only 600 MPD officers and more than 2,000 DHS agents in the city - I know they wanted to send more but I’m not sure if that happened yet or not.

There are more police officers when you include the entire metro area. And they have training, unlike the ICE thugs.

Actually, they are outnumbered. Take a look at the graphic in the (gift) article. This is from several days ago but ICE numbers have only increased.

Being armed is not a crime, and certainly not justification for summary execution.

Suspect also had 2 magazines for the handgun.

Summary execution for exercising your scond amndment rights.

Wonder what the penalty will be in November for voting the wrong way.

Wouldn't it be amazing if the NRA gets upset and starts to speak out about killing someone just for having a gun?

The NRA barely said anything about the shooting death if Philando Castile.

I saw this quote online and it seems 100% accurate.

“The worst Americans are killing the best Americans.“

Gun Owners of America weighs in as well.

Money is on the cops. First ICE agent that goes down the rest will scramble like roaches.

How long can people tolerate not shooting at ICE back. How is anyone okay with this!!!

One possibility is that the people trashing immigrants and protesters in some threads and the people encouraging violent civilian responses to ICE could be the same people.

Maybe the same people want to egg ICE on and to get regular people to give ICE an excuse to star open, all-out massacres.

I have no idea who you’re talking about, but I have never trashed immigrants or protesters anywhere—and I never will. I am a legal immigrant and went through a very long, difficult process to gain citizenship. That said, I do not judge other immigrants based on whether they are documented or undocumented. In fact, I wish I had even a fraction of the courage that paperless immigrants have in risking everything to secure a better life for themselves. I also firmly believe in the right to protest.

ICE, as it currently operates, is an illegal and completely out-of-control force. I want ICE dismantled, and every single agent investigated for the unlawful terror they are inflicting on communities.

G@d damn. Too right.

What are we doing?

Thanks. That leaves some of the smaller departments out. Regardless, I'm sure trained officers can handle ICE on a 1:2 basis.

I saw a second amendment organization post something about being “concerned” about the event.

Who cares about basketball when Americans are being murdered in the streets.

at some point, I would hope professional and college athletes would boycott playing until this is over. Imagine not having a super bowl because of trump's thugs.

Yes unfortunately sports is the only thing Americans care about, esp those in middle of nowhere states. A nurse boycott would be devastating.

You can stop watching.

Which is everyone's constitutional right. Doesn't prove anything. It's like saying he was carrying a baguette and the police recovered it. So what?
