Best no-fee credit card

Anonymous
My husband and I are pretty wary of credit cards, but our new daycare allows us to pay using a credit card. It seems to me like this may be a great time to get a card that offers points or miles or something, since we will be putting at least $14,000 on it for the next couple of years. The caveat is that I don't want to pay for the card, since we would really only use it for daycare. We each have our own credit cards, but rarely use them and it's usually for work travel stuff, so we want to keep them separate from this one.

We don't really fly one airline predominantly, so a specific airline card doesn't seem like it would be worthwhile.

Anyone have recommendations for a specific card?
