GOP fears

Are GOP fears of Guantanamo terrorists being brought to the U.S. reasonable, or does it show a disdain by the GOP for the capabilities of our police and judicial system?

Fears don't enter into the picture for me. If they are going to be treated the same way no matter where they are imprisoned, why spend the money moving them? If it aint broke, don't fix it!
