iPhone parental controls?

Anyone know if an iPhone parental controls app that would allow me to disable Internet and texting? DD has lost phone privileges but I don't like physically taking the phone away in case she needs to dial 911 (we have no land line).

If it's on contract for AT&T, you can sign up for their Smart Limits program and control the phone that way. You can have it only able to call or text, you, dad, and 911.

Likewise with Verizon you can turn off Internet and texting for certain hours of the day etc And you can enable texting only from you/husband/siblings etc. we did this with both sons during "school hours" when they were in high school. You do it through your acct sign in on the app or online.

Change the password. You can still dial 911 from the start page but can't get into phone for anything else.

Restrictions natively in iPhone can be done to turn off safari and disallowing any new app install like chrome.
You also can turn off iMessage and email but not texts. But you probably can monitor that via your cell phone bill on how many texts sent. If she breaches that, then she deserves the phone to be taken from her.
