now what? after the 30 day shred

I am about 6 weeks into the 30 day shred video- I am on level 3 and feel ready to move on, but what to?It is still challenging, and I am doing some modified (the jump lunges, and the 2nd round of pushups). The 20 minute aspect of the shred keeps me able to stick with doing it 5 days a week, even with 4 kiddos around. What have you all done as a next step? TIA.

I found that by around week 6-8 I was just burnt out on the 30 Day Shred and I started to kind of dread doing it which caused me to skip more days than I should. However, it's so great for stregnth training that I still do level three 2-3 times per week and then the elliptical or running 2-3 times per week. I find alternating them helps keep me motivated and I don't find myself skipping workouts solely because I "can't stand to do the shred/the elliptical/running/whatever for another day."

I'm like the OP- any other super great workout that are short? most of these seem to be 40+ minutes..

I cannot recommend her two new videos enough -- but they are not short. You could get them and integrate them with the shred. The videos are easy to navigate if you want to cut out certain circuits.
