Any new listings (VA)?

It's the first weekend of the new year. Presumably any houses delaying going on the market until after the December holidays will look to come on now. Anyone seeing anything good? Looking for between $800K and $1.1 million in North Arlington.

Just over the border in southern McLean -sign went up on my dog walk. 1649 Strine. Sold last fall and flipped. Can't find it online.

Perhaps you should learn the distinction between new listings and new on the market

I have 8 new listings that are coming on the market between Jan 8 and March

OP, what are minimum requirements? 4 Beds 2.5 baths?

Yeah, those would be good parameters. Just wondering if anyone else was monitoring. I should set up an alert. I'll start poking.

There's just been no inventory. It seems like everything is either a teardown at 700K or a mcmansion at 1.6 million.
