Richmond, Va to Warren, Pa

I will be driving from Richmond, Va to Warren, Pa on Friday. Google maps states it is about 20 minutes more if I get off 95 around Fredericksburg and travel on 17 through Winchester. I am not familiar with either route, but it seems the 20 minute longer route may be worth it and that it may end up being less anyways.

any thoughts for you that may know the area better?
