I would like to take a trip to brazil in the next year or so when my son will be turning 4 - any advice on whether that is a good age for the long flight? for those who went did you use a travel agency?

I think it would be great to go between December-March(this is the summer season there).
Also,if you like to see the firer works,i strongly recomment going for December 31!
If you go to Buzios,you can rent a bote and see the firer works from the ocean...It is beautifull!

By the way...It is o long trip with kids,but it is worth it!
I went there when my son was 2 and he loved being at the beach(Fernando de Noronha beach has fishies all over the place when you get to the watter.The kids love looking at them)
