Child support question for VA

In VA, in calculating child support owed, is the new spouse's income counted in the calculations or just the spouse who is responsible for the child support to the baby mama?

Only the child's mother's and father's incomes are included. Subsequent spouses' (aka stepparents) incomes are not included.

Hmm. Some stars include household income. I would definitely check, especially if ex shares a child with the other person.

New spouse has no financial obligation to the child.

There are certain circumstances where a stepparent's income might be used but those are rare.

My DH has been paying CS for years and never once has my income been considered.
