Chili
Keema (check padma lakshmi recipe on epicurious) - she calls for veal/ beef mix, but I do it with all beef. Pasta sauce with beef Or if you're feeling adventurous, you could do something like this: http://recipes.yooj.me/stuffed-courgette-yoghurt-stew-sheikh-al-mahshi/ |
| Picadillo...bolognese...stuffed peppers...kofta |
|
Meat loaf
Add 2 eggs, 1 cup bread crumbs or 10 crumbled cracker, 3/4 onion, generous worchestershire, black pepper, spoon of water. Bake 375. |
| chili!! I could go for some on a day like today. |
| tacos! |
|
spaghetti
meatballs hamburger steaks with cheddar cheese melted on top |
| Shepherd's Pie (usually made with ground lamb but can be made with beef too). |
| Greek moussaka, if you're feeling ambitious. |
| Do a loose meat sandwich. It's like a Hamburger, but no patty. Just spice the meat a little, scoop and service like a Hamburger. Or sloppy joe...freeze what you don't use. |

Ramen Noodle Stir Fry. Quick, easy, and delicious! The entire family loves it. This is not the exact recipe we use, but it's close:
2 pkgs beef ramen noodles 1 lb ground beef 1 pkg frozen stir fry vegetable blend (I use Birds Eye mix with water chestnuts and broccoli) 1/3 cup soy sauce (or more depending on taste) 1 cup water |

Yes meatballs!!! Add 2 eggs, Italian fresh parsley, bread crumbs, parm cheese. Brown all sides in little olive oil for 5-10 minutes (big balls) and cook in your sauce on lowest setting for 2 hours. |
