Leftover turkey - Would you still eat it?

I ate some of mine yesterday. It's only three days old.

I made duck on Friday and I'm still eating it....cold, right out of the fridge. HA!

I would and I am. It's probably safer than deli turkey! I did make sure to refrigerate the turkey we didn't put on the table before we sat down to eat, and refrigerated what we put on the table as soon as we were done eating. Kept it warm until we ate.

Still eating it. It's definitely still fine today. Tomorrow may be the last day for it though. Time to start making turkey stew, tetrazzini...

Freeze it today, and then you'll already have precooked turkey for recipes when you have a busy weeknight.

It depends on how it was stored. In the refrigerator, OK. On the counter at room temperature, no.

If yu removed it from the bone and refrigerated (after obeying basic food safety before and after cooking), today would be the last day I'd have it in the fridge. We divvied up ours and froze the remnants for "turkey stuff" (tacos, etc.). We froze the carcass immediately for soup as well.
