Nutty MIL! Help!

My MIL is sooooo nutty and has no manners and is so embarrassing to be around. She always gets drunk at Christmas dinner and starts screaming at people about how the liberals are destroying America and the young generation does not love America and then she screams and grunts and starts crying about people in her life who have passed.


So much drama in the span of one evening.

Everyone jokes about surviving family get togethers because of alcohol but the truth is there is little worse than being around drunken adults. Ban or limit the alcohol. Call her out on her rudeness.

This exactly. Ban the alcohohol and everyone goes home when it gets to the point they can't stand each other without a drink. Drunk or even buzzed adults are the worst.

My Mil is sad and depressed over a cat!! A cat she and husband wants to keep but someone else is adopting it. They have been caring for it a few months now. They have 3 other cats and a dog. If you want to jeep it, just keep it!
