This is a 3rd grade class. I am the room parent. Please help me write a Christmas message to the teacher from the class.
So it can't be personal about my child, I just need something to write on a card to put with the (sadly) small gift card that parents were able to donate. I also have to write something for the special ed teacher and the para-educator who are in the room full time. Any help will be truly appreciated. ( I also write letters to my child's teachers, therapists, etc, but they are of a more personal nature.) |
| I don't think it has to be very long. How about: "Thank you from the whole class for a great first semester! The kids are enjoying learning with you. Have a relaxing break and happy new year." |
| Maybe to PPs message add "Thanks for everything you do for our children." Is it a Christmas card because everyone in the class celebrates Christmas? Maybe call it a holiday card and say seasons greetings? |
| I would definitely say "Thank you for all your hard work" in there somewhere if you can... |
| "Thank you for all your hard work. Enclosed is something so you can give yourself a treat! Enjoy your winter break." |
| Here's a question - do you make it from the class if only one or two families contributed? |
Yes - take the high road here. |
| OP here, the gift is from the entire class, regardless of whether one contributed. |
