| I have some Shopkins, but so far her present is LAME compared to what her brothers are getting... I need a good present for her. She likes crafty like things. She said she wanted an iPad, but we already have one... and she told Santa she wanted a Barbie dream house... but she doesn't really play with Barbies... I feel like a friend wanted that and she was repeating... |
| My six (actually just turned seven this week!) DD has asked for and is getting a Fur Real friends pony, lite brites, game of life junior, a craft kit I found on Amazon where you can make jewelry with shrinky-dinks and beads, and some playmobile things to add to her small dollhouse and school. She is also crafty and really enjoyed the lite brites when playing with it at a relative's house. She adds to her list every day and just asked for a Girl Scout cookie easy bake oven (not getting that). She got Shopkins stuff for her birthday this week, and relatives are getting her more Shopkins, a Bratz doll that I will quickly dispose of, and boots. |

Thanks PP. OP here. Unfortunately I fell into the Easy Bake Oven trap last year... I think we've used it three times. UGH! And I bought a lite bright at a Consignment sale... but she loves that kind of stuff. And she has a small wooden dollhouse but doesn't really play with it. UGH... she said she wants a box full of stuff... I'm not sure what a Bratz doll is... so I'm feeling pretty lucky right now. I need a 'Santa' gift!!!!

PP here, I like these Alex kits for crafty kids (it actually is a big box of stuff): http://www.target.com/p/alex-toys-craft-all-day/-/A-17430099?ci_src=328768002&ci_sku=17430099&ref=tgt_adv_XS000000&AFID=bing_pla_df&CPNG=PLA_Toys%2BShopping&adgroup=SC_Toys&LID=700000001230728pbs&gclid=[*GCLID*]&network=s&device=c&querystring=alex%20craft%20kits&gclid=[*GCLID*]&gclsrc=ds
I know it is listed for younger ages but my DD has a lot of fun with the supplies. I also got this: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001OXUIIG?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=ox_sc_sfl_title_11&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER I also think playmobile stuff is really nice for crafty girls of this age, my DD never plays with her larger wooden dollhouse but playmobile is so intricate that she enjoys arranging it. They have small houses, schools, vet clinics, etc, that are nice. Thanks for re-affirming my commitment not to get the easy bake oven! |

Dress up clothes, play silks, bike, scooter or skates
A kids camera, American girl |

Anything can be a Santa gift! They don't know how much things cost at that age, don't worry if it's not a "big ticket item." Both my Kids' Santa requests were less than $25 each and we were happy to oblige.
What about a cool bean bag chair? A new Barbie car since she wanted the dream house? A giant tub of art supplies from Costco? A little desk from ikea? |

Kids sewing kit
A box of luxe craft supplies, like loose colored feathers, glitter paper with adhesive backing, fancy beads, thick creamy construction paper, etc. You can put it all into a nice presentation, like a silver-colored box. Kids microscope |

Furreal Pet unicorn
American Girl doll Calico Critters families and riverboat and play island Books |
|
A 10 gallon fish tank, set up with filter, water, and accessories for Christmas morning, and a gift certificate for a pet store so that she can go pick out her tropical fish.
We did that one year and it was a hit, and everyone in the house likes watching the fish, and occasionally adding a new one. |
| Hungry hippo, lego classics, Knex, Barbie, American girl, Paw Patrol, books |

Also AG Doll
Glad to see I don't have the only child who is into the horror of Shopkins. I personally will hunt down the creator of Shopkins and destroy him/her. |
| Shopkins, Shopkins, and more Shopkins! Yay! ? |
| My dd is 7 but loves Calico Critters. Santa is bringing a huge Melissa and Doug dollhouse for the critter families to live in! |
| Karaoke machine, puppet show, hedbanz board game, shopkins rolling backpack, Inside Out dvd. DD also requested bratz dolls. I think they are a little mature looking, but don't know if I'm being too helicopterish. |
