really stupid MD withholding tax question

Just moved from DC to MD and I need to fill out the Maryland Withholding Exemption Certificate form.
I am married with one child. We file our taxes together. Do I put down 1 or 2 for exemptions? I had 2 for DC, so I assume it will be the same? |

| I believe it would be 2 as well. However it doesn't matter too much as any mistakes will be corrected when you file your taxes in April. |

| 2 should be fine. Make sure your employer withhold county taxes to avoid surprises in April |
