I think I know which registration was yours and the issue was that your ISP blocked the email. We send email to ISPs all over the country with almost no problem, but yours had a problem with our email. The issue was very technical and -- strictly speaking -- your ISP was correct, but extremely anal. I don't know of any other ISP that takes such a hardline about email. At any rate, I fixed the issue that was bothering them and now email should go through. However, I'm not sure how you will be able to get the registration email again. Maybe try registering again or, in the worse case, use a slightly different username. Also, be aware that almost no users register for this site. Almost everyone posts anonymously.
