Kaiser- does a cancelled IVF cycle count towards your three cycle max?

The Kaiser federal plan limits coverage to three IVF cycles.

If your cycle get cancelled after beginning treatment, does that cancelled cycle towards the three cycle limit?

I don't have kaiser, but with Aetna, it never counted as a cycle unless you went to retrieval.

Aetna doesn't
But it's not clear with Kaiser- they discuss each IVF procedure, which seems clearly vague to me

MDIPA counts a cycle at the start of meds. Aetna counts a cycle once retrieval occurs. Kaiser ???
