July 2016 Due Dates

Anonymous
I'm almost 8 weeks and had my first appointment and ultrasound today. There's really a baby in there! Everything looked great and heartbeat 150 bpm so I am SO relieved. Figured it was time to start this thread. I am due with #2 on July 22. My first just turned 2 a few weeks ago. We were a little surprised with this pregnancy since we had a long road to conceive #1 but we are absolutely thrilled and very excited everything looks good so far. I loved the thread from my due date group from 2013 and am sure there have to be some other July due dates out there!

Congratulations! How wonderful.

I just had an ultrasound today as well and I'm due July 18th. It was a long, and hard road to get here. Hearing the heart beat made it real, you're right.

I'm due 7/28, I saw the heartbeat last week but didn't hear it yet. I'm a little over 7 weeks and have my first OB appt tomorrow. Took 2 years and fertility treatments to get here, so I'm beyond excited but also beyond nervous because of my age. I don't think I will breathe a sigh of relief until I get genetic testing done.

Due 7/24, have had two "confirmation" appointments that felt very rushed, and one nice, long MFM consult because my 2.75-year-old was born at 35 weeks. First appointment was a beta to confirm the pregnancy and it was 1600. Second appointment was to ensure pregnancy was progressing and to date it and there was a tiny bean with a tiny heartbeat. I don't know if they'll do another u/s next visit, but I hope so, as I'm feeling in the dark about things nowadays! Next visit will be 9.5 weeks or so (next week). My fsh tested high last spring and I'm only 34, so I guess I'm a little nervous about that, but otherwise things seem to be going fine: I feel a smattering of symptoms but nothing too severe, save for afternoon fatigue.

Due 7/24 also! Had a confirmation appointment (also seemed very rushed--I wonder if it's the same practice?) and our first U/S last week where we saw the heartbeat, which was 158/min. Excited!!

How is everyone doing?! I am 12 weeks now due July 22 and just got my NIPT results. Low risk and we are having a boy! We have a 2 yo DD and kind of hoped we would have another girl but we are really excited about a boy. Totally stumped on names though. I have an ultrasound on Monday and hoping that goes well so that we can start to tell people over the next couple of weeks.

I'm Tessa on the summer due dates thread.

Doing well! 7/24 due date here. I had an appointment at 9.5 weeks and saw what looked like a little gummy bear flopping around and waving, but it was a very quick u/s with no measurements. NT next week. I'll still be 34 at my due date, so I don't think I get any gender reveal blood tests. Perhaps they'll be able to tell on the ultrasound. I'm getting a little nervous but excited for Wednesday to roll around.

Due July 15 with our second, a boy. Had my nuchal tr sonogram last week and bawled through the whole thing once she said there was a strong heartbeat and <2% chance of miscarriage.

First trimester sucked balls for me; really hoping for smooth sailing for a while now. They put me on zofran at week 12, after which I ate protein for the first time in 2 months and then felt so good I cleaned out my car and folded 2 months of laundry. If I were a musician, I'd write an ode to zofran.

14:02 here. NT tomorrow. Feeling nervous! It's going to be fine, right?

Huge congrats, OP!!!! I was on that 2013 thread, too, and am so excited for all three of you in your growing family! Hope you're feeling well and sending a big hug from Poppy!

Poppy - thank you so much! It's Tessa here. We just got the NIPT results a few days ago and we are having a boy! I really figured we were having a girl since even though we weren't trying it was classic Shettles Method timing for a girl, so it was a bit of a surprise but will be really fun. We'll have a girl and then a boy just like your family!

I'm so glad someone revived the July thread! I'm due 7/28, a little over 11 weeks now. I had my cell-free DNA results come back as low risk-yay! Have my NT scan tomorrow. I'm AMA and just waiting until I get to 13 weeks and get these genetic scans and screens back to finally exhale and start telling people. I'm so excited to even be on this board after fertility treatments and to have made it this far!

Yay, Tessa!! I figured it was you, but SO happy for you and your family!!! I have loved having a girl and a boy, and hope you will, too. Way too much fun buying adorable little boy clothes, and he's as Frozen-obsessed as his sister ("MY ELSA!!"). Re: Shettles, somewhere I read that despite what he says, his timing is the exact opposite when you look at the science. Impatient Woman's Guide to Getting Pregnant, maybe? But either way, huge congrats! I hope you're feeling well and that things go smoothly. Two is awesome--and hoping three will be even better!

Nothing exciting to add to the group except I'm due 7/7 with my first. Was hoping to see how people are feeling at this point but it appears this thread may be inactive.

I'm due in July and would love to keep this thread going in addition to the summer due dates. It's nice to have a cohort close to your own date not just the general period.

I'm still pretty tired but that may be my 2 yo more so than the pregnancy. I think the nausea is dissipating but I'm still taking one Diclegis at night. How is everyone else?
